Technical Support Options

Your subscribers will have access to 24/7/365 Tier One ISP Support, support will include: toll free telephone support; Internet connectivity issues; set-up & configuration issues; password resets; and general information requests. (al a carte price is $1.20/user per month
 
In addition to Tier One support your subscribers may opt-in for Tier Two Standard Desktop Support. For an additional $3.75/user per month you will receive Tier One support plus computer and peripheral support; Microsoft PC operating systems support; Internet and E-mail connectivity issues (Microsoft products only); Access to database of PC Solutions; and Microsoft Office Support.
 
For your business users we offer Tier Three Server Side Support. Each business user may opt-in for an additional $8.95/user per month (One user for each business - additional users would be charged additional fees). The service includes Tier One ISP & Tier Two Standard desktop support; Internet connectivity issues with proxy server; Network set-up, configuration and troubleshooting; and Microsoft Outlook with Microsoft Exchange Server support.
