Virtual Office DSL Single User (fBA)1,2 This service, for individual users, utilizes an ADSL line for Internet access. ADSL lines require the use of a modem. DSL/Internet Service Self Install Kit, everything you need to get connected incl. DSL modem.
Virtual office DSL Multi-User (fBA)1,2 Multi-User DSL allows up to 8 users to connect simultaneously to the public internet. DSL/Internet Service Self Install Kit, everything you need to get connected incl. DSL modem.

 

1 fBA states are Delware, District of Columbia (DC), Maine, Maryland, Massachuusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania (overlap with former GTE), Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia (overlap with former GTE), West Virginia.

 

2 Service provided by Verizon Network Integration Corp. An existing Verizon telephone line is required. DSL is not available in all areas. Your actual speed may be lower than the speed you signed up for due to various network factors. DSL network transport charges are included. Telephone line charges are not included.

Is Verizon your local dial tone provider?
Do you have existing DSL service from a provider other than Verizon on this line?
Is this an ISDN line?
Is this a foreign exchange telephone number?
Is this line part of a digital Centrex/Centranet, PBX, or Key System?


Conditions
DSL may be delayed or may not be able to be provided in conjunction with the following services or conditions:

If your telephone number was turned on within the last 30 days.
If there are any pending service requests associated with the telephone number.
If this is an Analog Centrex or Classified line.
If this telephone line is associated with a security System or remote utility meter reader.


If you are unsure of your telephone service type, please check with your Service Provider before placing your DSL order.
